Upaya Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar Matematika SD Penjumlahan dan Pengurangan Menggunakan Media Gambar

The research was conducted to improve the mathematics learning outcomes of Addition and Subtraction of SDN Sumberwungu, Tepus Class I in the 2025/2026 academic year. The low student learning outcomes were caused by less interesting learning methods and abstract mathematical concepts of class 1. This research was conducted in two cycles. Each cycle includes planning, action, observation, and reflection. Data collection instruments include test and observation sheets. The research subjects were 20 first-grade students at SDN Sumberwungu, Tepus. The results of observations in cycle 1 and cycle 2 showed an increase in student activity in learning using image media including the Activeness aspect from 37.5% to 50%, the Accuracy aspect from 37.5% to 50% and the Cooperation aspect which was relatively stable at 25%. The increase in the percentage of students who were able to achieve the KKM score in cycle 1 and cycle 2 was 25%, namely from 12 students (75%) to 15 students (100%). Learning outcomes from cycle 1 to cycle 2 increased from 80 to 90. Based on the research results, it was concluded that learning mathematics addition and subtraction using image media can increase students' learning motivation.
