Abstract

Excellent elementary school management is a strategic effort to create a quality, enjoyable educational environment oriented towards character development and student academic achievement. This article explains the main principles of excellent elementary school management, including visionary leadership, teacher quality and creativity, a positive school culture, parental and community involvement, and the use of technology. To strengthen the discussion, a case study of the implementation of excellent school management at SDN Kapanjen 2 Jombang is presented, which successfully increased students' enthusiasm for learning through morning meetings, various extracurricular activities, and a simple reward system. Interesting facts from UNESCO research also show that good school management contributes to an increase in student achievement of up to 30%. Thus, excellent elementary school management is not only about administrative management, but more about building a synergistic educational ecosystem between teachers, students, parents, and the community to create an intelligent, character-based generation ready to face future challenges
