Strategi Guru dalam Meningkatkan Keaktifan Belajar Siswa (Studi Kepustakaan Dasar)

Abstract

Student learning activity is an important indicator of the success of the learning process in schools. Students who are active in learning tend to understand the material more easily, have high learning motivation, and are able to develop critical and creative thinking skills. However, in reality, many students are still less active during the learning process. This can be influenced by the use of less varied learning methods, low student learning motivation, and less than optimal teacher strategies in managing learning in the classroom. This study aims to identify various strategies that teachers can implement to increase student learning activity. The research method used is a literature review by reviewing various scientific journals, books, and other reference sources related to learning strategies and student learning activity. The results show that the use of discussion methods, group learning, interactive learning media, providing motivation, and the implementation of student-centered learning can increase student participation in learning activities. With the implementation of appropriate strategies, students become more active in asking questions, answering questions, expressing opinions, and directly involved in the learning process. Therefore, teachers are required to continue developing their ability to choose innovative learning strategies so that learning objectives can be optimally achieved.
